The New Federal State of China: Fighting Against the CCP

The New Federal State of China stands as a political movement and lobbying group created by Miles Guo and Steve Bannon. Launched on June 4th, 2020, in New York City, the organization aims to circumvent problems caused by the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) government. Its founders refer to it as the government-in-exile of China.

Under CCP rule, China has effectively become a slave state where goods are produced at very low cost while people live in poverty. Those who dare speak against the government face punishment and sometimes death. The New Federal State of China boldly opposes the CCP regime, with branches not only in the US but also in Canada, Taiwan, Japan, New Zealand, and Australia.

Miles Guo, a central figure in this movement, currently sits in prison. He faced trial during the last year of the Biden administration and was found guilty of certain crimes, yet still awaits sentencing. Many of the global developments we're witnessing today were predicted by Guo, whose group gained recognition as whistleblowers against the CCP. Their presence has been amplified by US-based Chinese influencers committed to spreading their message.

The Escalating US-China Trade War and Farmer Impact

The current trade tensions between the United States and China have emerged as a critical flashpoint in international relations. President Trump recently highlighted the impact on American farmers, noting in a social media post that "our farmers are great" but are "always put on the front lines with our adversaries, such as China" during trade negotiations or trade wars.

Trump acknowledged this isn't a new phenomenon, recalling that "China was brutal to our farmers" during his first term. He urged these "patriots" to hold on as the situation develops.

According to Ava Chen from the New Federal State of China, the United States is facing more than just a trade war or tariff dispute. "This is really not just a trade war," Chen explains. "I would say this is a life and death of the great experiment that started almost 250 years ago. The totalitarian regime, the Chinese Communist Party, will do anything to destroy the United States."

Chen points to specific tactics used by the CCP against American industries, referencing comments from a National Chicken Council spokesperson who described "dirty tricks" falling under what they call "non-tariff barriers." One such tactic involves refusing to import American chicken under false claims of sanitary concerns.

"These are completely false accusations and they've been used consistently through the last 20 years in the WTO," Chen notes. "Look at how many complaints they have against the CCP. This is not new behavior, but this is going to be intensified particularly under this tariff tension."

Understanding Xi Jinping's Strategy Against America

At the heart of China's approach to the trade war lies Xi Jinping's calculated strategy to outlast American political cycles. Chen explains that Xi Jinping has effectively secured his position as a dictator by removing presidential term limits during China's 19th Congress in 2017, now serving in his third term.

"No paramount leader of the CCP has ever outlived his term except Mao," Chen says. "Xi Jinping is building his empire."

What makes Xi particularly dangerous is his deep understanding of American systems. "He studied your system in and out," Chen explains. "He knows every four years you have something called election. And he knows you have a political partisan pendulum swinging left and right."

Xi understands that American public opinion can be influenced through various channels. "That is why you have media warfare. You have brainwashing machine at every single angle, not just your media, your social media, your education system, your teachers unions, everything."

The CCP has implemented these tactics for decades, targeting American minds through various forms of engagement. The Confucius Institute, established in 2004, represents just one format of their influence operations.

Xi's strategy revolves around waiting out the current administration, focusing particularly on the upcoming midterm elections. "He is betting his totalitarian regime will win. Why? Because Chinese people do not have a voice," Chen explains. "Chinese people are kind of fodder. Chinese people are pawns."

This fundamental difference in accountability creates an uneven playing field in trade negotiations. "There's no free trade, but they're actually not even free trade. There's no fair trade because all those barriers, all those non-tariff barriers and tariff barriers contributed to almost a one trillion deficit."

The CCP wins approximately $300 billion in trade deficit from the United States annually. "The more you trade with China, the more you make your enemy, your top adversary stronger. They don't distribute the wealth to the Chinese people. They enslave the Chinese people. They control them 100% from their behavior to their thoughts."

CCP's Global Interference and Election Manipulation

The CCP's influence extends well beyond China's borders, with evidence of interference in various countries' democratic processes. "CCP has stolen South Korean election," Chen asserts. "If you look at the last two parliamentary elections, South Korean CCP has messed up with their elections."

Similar patterns can be observed in Brazil, which Chen describes as "completely new, 100% communist" following CCP intervention. The situation in Canada also reflects concerning levels of foreign influence.

These global developments underscore what Chen characterizes as an ideological conflict: "This is why American people really need to pay attention to the Chinese Communist Party. That's why I say it's a clash of value. They are your ideological enemy."

The implications for Americans, according to Chen, are dire if people fail to recognize the danger. "What's waiting for them is the fate of the Chinese people and they will taste the communism. They would taste the real version of the communism, not the one they saw or heard, but they would really suffer it."

Ironically, most ordinary Chinese citizens admire America and its values. "80 to 90% according to CCP internal repeated surveys, 80 to 90% of the Chinese people, ordinary people, admire America," Chen reveals. "They harbor what's called American joy. They want freedom. They want to speak. They want everything written in your constitution and the bells of rights, human rights."

This admiration is even higher among CCP officials themselves, who often send their children to study in America and purchase properties abroad. "They knew better than anyone what communism is. That is why they put all their futures, all their daughters, all their money stolen from the Chinese people here in this country," Chen says.

Yet these same officials publicly present a different face to the world, lying and deceiving about their true intentions.

Xi Jinping's Global Expansion and Vietnam Connection

Xi Jinping's ambitions aren't limited to China. His influence extends across multiple countries, including the UK, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. In a recent development, Xi signed nearly 50 different deals with Vietnamese leader Tho Lam, creating pathways to circumvent increasing US tariffs.

Former President Trump commented on this alliance, stating that "the two Asian leaders have found a way to screw the US." However, he added, "I don't blame China. I don't blame Vietnam," acknowledging their strategic moves while highlighting that "their motive is to harm the United States of America."

Chen emphasizes the importance of Americans recognizing this broader pattern of global influence. "People can't be short-sighted about this. They focus on one thing without looking at the total picture. And so we get micro-focused on chicken or farming or whatever it is on cars. But it's a bigger picture."

The CCP's propaganda apparatus continually spreads misinformation designed to shape American public opinion. "A lie because they use what's called information asymmetry," Chen explains. "Even though this is a lie, it has an effect on you. It has an effect on shaping your opinion."

This approach allows the CCP to "thrive on those environments that creating conflicts, sowing discord because by doing that, they will ensure they can bring the victory."

The Vulnerability of Southeast Asian Nations

Many smaller nations in Southeast Asia find themselves effectively trapped in China's orbit despite their preferences. "Those smaller countries around Southeast Asia, even though they want to work with the United States, they're so scared," Chen explains.

These nations live under constant threat, similar to ordinary Chinese citizens. "They can disappear you. They can kill you a million ways. And they can basically treat your family members worse than they actually did."

This creates a situation where countries are "completely hijacked by the Chinese Communist Party economically, diplomatically, and financially." Even their media outlets are often controlled by CCP propaganda operations.

Chen describes the CCP as "the most powerful dark power in the world, the most evil, brutal and tyrannical group, although they don't look like it. They smile at you. But if you really get to know who they are, you will understand they're the most sinister one with camouflage."

Xi Jinping's recent diplomatic efforts in Europe, including a visit by Spain's prime minister to China, reflect a strategy of dividing traditional US allies. "They're conquer and divide because the reason why they're doing that is they putting all the pressure on the United States."

America's Untapped Leverage Against the CCP

Despite the CCP's aggressive approach, Chen argues that the United States possesses significant unused leverage. "If the CCP wants to choke United States to death, they cannot do it immediately. They have to do it gradually and methodically."

In contrast, "if the United States wants to strangle hold the CCP and bring the CCP to its knees, it has over 100 ways. And immediately, you can do it instantly, but you're not pushing the button."

The reason, according to Chen, isn't President Trump but rather infiltration within American systems. "There are spies, hidden forces, and traitors. The majority of the forces serving only the interest of the Wall Street, Silicon Valley, and Deep State. And all of them has sold out you Americans to the Chinese Communist Party."

This internal compromise has enabled various crises, from COVID-19 to "Russian collusion." Chen emphasizes, "This is nothing to do with partisan fight. This is to do with humanity's existence."

CCP's Desperation and Deceptive Tactics

China's recent signals about willingness to engage in trade talks should be viewed with skepticism, according to Chen. "This is their tactics. America and Trump has fallen to their tactics once. And that is the first trade negotiation talk back in 2018 and 2019."

Those negotiations, which lasted over 18 months, "achieved nothing. It's just meaningless, actionless talk, talk, talk and false promise and never delivered."

Chen advises never trusting Xi Jinping because "Xi Jinping has only one goal. And the CCP has only one goal is to destroy you, to kill you. And they would do anything. So they will pretend they wanted to talk to you."

The reality behind China's diplomatic overtures is economic desperation. "China's economy is already on the brink," Chen explains. "Everything people are crying. If you go to the Chinese video, if you have any Chinese friends, I bet you, if you go on some viral videos, you can find so many Chinese people pleading for help, they're bankrupt, they can't find jobs."

Yet the CCP maintains control through propaganda and surveillance. "Every day on the TV screen, they play the fake news. These are the staged material they're shooting by those hired actors. And then they block you. If you have any dissent, you disappear. You're gone. You're in a surveillance state."

China's economic vulnerability creates leverage for the United States. "Without your money, without the money coming from the West trading with them, they collapse immediately," Chen says. "If they don't have foreign exchange, they cannot buy 80% oil, they heavily rely on imports. They need US dollars. They can buy 40 to 40% grains that they rely on imports."

This dependency explains China's recent direct marketing to American consumers through platforms like TikTok. "These are the direct producers selling to the United States, selling to individuals say, 'Hey, we cut the middleman, you can come directly to the factory and we will sell you cheap.'"

China's technological dependency is equally significant. "Without your money, without your technology. They can't even fly an airplane to the sky because they need software. They need hardware."

A recent announcement that China would stop using Boeing aircraft illustrates this dynamic. Chen calls it "a gimmick" because China's domestic alternative, the C919, contains components made in the West and the United States. "All they do is assembling them. That's a bluff."

Xi Jinping's Four Primary Fears

According to Chen, Xi Jinping has four main concerns that drive his actions:

  1. Personal safety and health - Xi's primary concern is his own physical wellbeing

  2. Taiwan - Xi prioritizes control over Taiwan even above his family's interests

  3. Family and hidden wealth - Xi fears exposure of his family's vast fortune, including control of strategic resources. "99% of rare earth minerals are controlled by Xi's family," Chen reveals

  4. Economic development and social stability - The welfare of ordinary Chinese citizens ranks last in Xi's priorities

This hierarchy of concerns explains why "Chinese people can die, billions of them, and he will not blink as long as he can secure his power."

Strategic Solutions for America

Chen suggests three key approaches the United States should pursue:

  1. Continue and strengthen tariffs - "Tariffs should continue. They should not concede. Tariff is the one thing to cut their capital. It's absolutely meaningful and needed."

  2. Pursue judicial actions - Hold the CCP accountable for COVID-19, which Chen characterizes as a "bio weapon" released intentionally. "There's so much evidence. And it was intentional. It was willful and it was designed to murder, mass murder many Americans."

  3. Intensify law enforcement investigations - Examine CCP infiltration across American society. "The FBI, Intel Committee has to investigate the CCP's infiltration in all sectors of the society of the United States, from Big Tech to media to law firms, to corrupt federal judges."

Chen believes these combined approaches would dramatically weaken the CCP's position. "When you press those buttons, the CCP is going to internally explode. Somebody else internal from the CCP would take down Xi Jinping."

The stakes, according to Chen, transcend ordinary politics. "This isn't just about politics. This is about saving our nation, but also saving the world and holding the CCP accountable for all their atrocities against humanity over the last five years and beyond."

Arizona's Stolen Valor Bill Passes Senate Vote

In Arizona, Senate Bill 1424, known as the Stolen Valor Bill, passed with overwhelming support in a 29-1 vote. The legislation aims to punish individuals who fraudulently claim veteran status or military awards for personal gain.

Master Sergeant Jack Dona, who played a key role in advocating for the bill, shares how his involvement began when State Senator Wendy Rogers asked him to analyze military documents related to Steve Slayton, a candidate for Arizona State House of Representatives. Slayton claimed to be a Cobra gunship helicopter pilot who flew secret missions in Vietnam in 1974.

Dona's analysis revealed discrepancies in Slayton's claims. Consulting with his father, a retired military veteran, Dona learned that combat forces were withdrawn from Vietnam following the Paris Peace Accords in January 1973.

"All of our combat forces were pulled out of Vietnam, South Vietnam. The only military people that were left were some military advisors and the Marine Corps guards that were guarding the embassy and the consulates," Dona explains.

After sharing his findings with Rogers and other politicians who had endorsed Slayton, Dona faced resistance rather than appreciation. "It was not what Wendy Rogers wanted to hear. It wasn't what Mark Fincham wanted to hear. All of these people endorsed this gentleman Steve Slayton."

The story was initially broken by investigative reporter Molly Ockman, who worked with an organization called Guardians of the Green Beret. Slayton now appears on their "wall of shame" along with documentation of his false claims.

Despite clear evidence of misrepresentation, Dona recalls Senator Rogers' response: "Senator Rogers said to me, 'You don't know him. I've looked into his eyes and I've seen his soul and I know he's telling the truth.'"

What makes the situation particularly troubling is that Slayton had legitimate military service that didn't require embellishment. "He didn't have to lie," Dona notes. "He was a cobra gunship mechanic and he served honorably in Korea."

The bill, which is named after Dona's father, Master Sergeant Orlando Jose Donis, a Bronze Star recipient who fought in both Vietnam and Korea, protects veterans' honor while respecting First Amendment rights.

"If you want to go and dress up like General Patton, wear a bunch of medals and you want to go around and call yourself General Patton, have at it, that's First Amendment," Dona explains. "But the minute you try to profit off of that, that's when this law kicks in."

Unlike the federal Stolen Valor law, which only covers specific medals like the Medal of Honor, Distinguished Service Crosses, Bronze Star, and Silver Star, the Arizona law encompasses a broader range of misrepresentations, including false claims about military schools, combat veteran status, altered military documents, and misrepresenting discharge status.

The bill's passage represents a significant victory for veterans, though it faced opposition during the legislative process. Senator Jake Hoffman cast the lone dissenting vote, with speculation that his vote was intended to provide political cover for State Representative Alex Kolodin, who had voted against the measure in the House.

Despite attempts to block the legislation, including efforts by Senators Rogers and Fincham, the bill succeeded through a "striker" introduced by Representative Shawnna Bolick, with support from Representative Walt Blackman and Senate President Warren Peterson.

The bill is expected to be signed by Governor Katie Hobbs, with Dona noting there will likely be a signing ceremony.

For Dona, whose father passed away last year, the bill serves as a fitting tribute: "This isn't his district. So maybe, who knows why. And I don't want to go there today, but I do believe this is another standard for who we put forth as candidates."

The impact may extend beyond Arizona, with veterans and lawmakers in other states watching the bill closely. As one Capitol observer noted, "There are veterans and lawmakers in other states watching this bill. And I expect it will have plenty of copycats in other states next year."
